A kitten lived in one of the courtyards of our city, it was fed by residents and passers-by. His house was a basement, but one ill-fated day, utilities walled up all the basements. By a miracle, the baby was not inside, but on the street, but this miracle did not save the cat … He ended up on the street, in the cold, in snowdrifts and did not know what to do and where to go, he sat and waited …
The girl who discovered it called me and, without hiding her tears, asked for help. The cat is frozen to the ground, he does not move, but only quietly sniffs and shivers from the cold!!!
When I arrived, the cat was already at the entrance to the battery, the girl tried to warm him up and calm him down. In the eyes of this young ponytail there was pain and a plea for help. The skeleton, ribs and spine were visible to the naked eye … He refused to eat, fleas swarming on his little body, blood marks from bites !!!
It was clear that he was ill, and without hesitation, I wrapped Snowball in a warm blanket (as I called this poor fellow) and took him to the clinic. They immediately appointed a full examination, because. he had a temperature of 40.7, pale skin and mucous membranes, severe exhaustion, a shocking weight for his age of 1700!!!
A blood test showed an inflammatory process, anemia, and a PCR test for all the most dangerous diseases, and we will get the result in a few days. To date, a treatment has been prescribed, which, hopefully, will save our Snowball and give him a chance to live!!!
